Moving Forward with CPT

As we reflect on the past few months, it’s clear that 2025 has been a year of meaningful change and forward momentum for Coastal Plains Trucking. With every shift in our operations, one thing remains constant: our commitment to safety, service, and innovation.

One chapter in the CPT story has come to a close. We officially shuttered our yard in Wright, Wyoming, where our team proudly hauled frac sand for EOG for six years. The decision to wind down operations was made jointly with our customer, and it comes with nothing but gratitude and mutual respect. The professionalism, safety, and consistency shown by our Wyoming team — especially during the transition — has been exemplary. We are proud of the reputation we have built in the region, and we are even prouder of the team that made it happen.

When we closed one door, another door opened. This quarter, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our new satellite yard in Orlando, Florida. This strategic expansion marks CPT’s first foothold on the East Coast. It positions us to better serve our cryogenic customers, expand relationships, and grow our market share in this vital region. A special thank you goes to Ryan Landry, Chad Griggs, David Lapora, Oscar Salazar, and Juan Delgado for their hard work in making this a reality.

Cryogenic operations continue to be a focus of investment and innovation. We have taken delivery of five new Canadian-compliant nitrogen trailers and five new CO₂ vessels, with five additional nitrogen trailers arriving soon. Our newly formed partnership with a Freightliner dealer has also allowed us to add powerful, highcapacity tractors to our fleet — setting us up to become the industry leader in cryogenic payload capacity.

Meanwhile, our crude, water, and CNG operations remain a gold standard in the industry, thanks to the leadership and dedication of Richard Howard, Jorge Gomez, Rudy Espinosa, and the entire Dispatch Team. New dispatching system upgrades are now live, enabling fully remote and efficient management of South and West Texas operations from our Stockdale hub.

Through it all, CPT remains one of the strongest and most forward-thinking specialty trucking companies in today’s everchanging market. We continue to invest in the people, equipment, and systems that allow us to take on new challenges and exceed expectations. Our flexibility and drive allow us to remain not just relevant, but ahead — ready to serve both our longstanding partners and new customers with excellence.

Thank you to every member of the CPT family for your ongoing contributions to our success. Let’s continue to move forward — safely, strategically, and together.
